A development by Westerhill Homes on the new Peters Village Estate close to the river Medway. The project consists of 104 new build timber frame houses & flats.

The site is made up of a mixture of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes, together with 2 small blocks of apartments.

Works by CGL include screeds, insulation, and drylining. The project was commenced towards the end of 2018 and will be complete in early 2020.
