Fairmeadow in Maidstone

Fairmeadow in Maidstone was completed in December 2015 for Chartway Group

This new build development consists of one, six storey block of apartments containing 21 homes in total and is constructed in concrete frame in partnership with Heart of Medway.  It is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom homes of mixed tenure.

CGL completed extensive works including screeds, Metsec framing to external walls, insulated render system, internal metal stud walls, Mf ceilings with tape and joint finish.
